Reporting a problem
A good report helps us fix things quickly. Please include:
- Which tool you used and what you expected to happen.
- Your browser and device, for example “Chrome on Android” or “Safari on iPhone”.
- What you saw instead, ideally with a screenshot of the screen (not of your document).
Please do not send us your documents
CareerPDF is built so that your files never reach us, and we would like to keep it that way. If a specific PDF fails, describe it (number of pages, whether it is scanned or password-protected, roughly how large) instead of attaching it.
