In short
To request a salary certificate, choose whether it is for a bank or an embassy, enter who it is addressed to and the purpose, and the builder writes a formal request to HR. The letter asks for the salary breakdown banks require and downloads as a PDF in English or Arabic.
A salary certificate, also called a salary letter or salary definition letter, is the employer’s official statement of your job, joining date and monthly salary. Banks ask for it before a personal loan, a credit card, a car loan or a new account, and embassies ask for it with visa applications to show that you are employed and will return.
Requests are often rejected or delayed for small reasons: the certificate is addressed to the wrong bank, shows only a total when the bank wants the basic salary and allowances separately, or is in Arabic when the embassy wants English. Many banks also accept only a recently issued certificate. Asking for the right details at the start saves a second trip to HR.
The builder has two versions. The bank version names the bank and the purpose and asks for the basic salary and each allowance to be shown separately. The embassy version asks for confirmation that you are currently employed, your total monthly salary, and an English certificate on letterhead, signed and stamped.

Your salary request stays private
A salary request says where you bank and why you need money or a visa. The builder runs in your browser: nothing you type is uploaded, and the PDF is generated on your device.

Frequently asked questions
What is a salary certificate?
It is an official letter from your employer confirming your job title, joining date and salary. Banks and embassies use it as proof of income and employment.
Should the certificate show the basic salary and allowances separately?
For a bank, usually yes. Many banks calculate loan limits from the basic salary and specific allowances, so the bank version of this letter asks HR to list each part separately.
Who should the salary certificate be addressed to?
To the bank or embassy that asked for it, by its exact name. If several bodies need it, ask for a certificate addressed To Whom It May Concern.
How long is a salary certificate valid?
There is no single rule, but many banks and embassies only accept one issued recently, often within the last month. Check with the bank or embassy before you request it.
Can I request it in English or Arabic?
Yes. Switch the letter language. Embassies usually want the certificate itself in English, and the embassy version of the letter says so.
Is it free?
Yes. The builder is free, with no watermark and no sign-up.
Which browsers does it work in?
Current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari and Samsung Internet on desktop, Android and iPhone, with JavaScript enabled.
