In short
To reorder or delete PDF pages, open the file, drag thumbnails into the new order, delete or rotate pages, and save. Everything happens in your browser, deleted pages can be restored before saving, and nothing is uploaded.
Organizing a PDF is about getting the pages into the right shape before you share it: moving a signature page to the end, deleting blank scans, or putting chapters in order after merging several files. CareerPDF shows every page as a thumbnail so you can do this visually.
The page grid supports drag and drop on desktop, and every page also has buttons to move it earlier or later, rotate it or delete it. That makes the tool usable with a keyboard, a screen reader or a touch screen, not only with a mouse.
Thumbnails are generated only for the pages you can see, and at most two at a time, so a long report or a thick scan opens without delay. When you save, the pages you kept are copied into a fresh document in the new order, with any rotation you applied.
How to reorder and delete PDF pages
Step 1: Open the PDF
Drop the file or choose it. Thumbnails are rendered progressively as they scroll into view, so even long documents open quickly without freezing the tab.
Step 2: Rearrange pages
Drag a page to a new position, or use its arrow buttons. The original page number stays visible on every card, so you always know which page is which.
Step 3: Delete or rotate
Delete marks a page as removed and dims it; press Restore if you change your mind. Rotate turns a single page by 90 degrees. Reset returns everything to the original order.
Step 4: Save the new PDF
Press “Save PDF” to download the reorganized document. You can then compress it, add page numbers or sign it without selecting the file again.
Zero-Server
Visual editing without uploading a single page
To show thumbnails, cloud services usually render your pages on their servers and send the images back. That means every page, including the ones you intend to delete, is processed remotely.
CareerPDF renders thumbnails with pdf.js, the same PDF engine that powers Firefox’s built-in viewer, directly in your tab. At most two pages are rendered at a time and the thumbnails are released from memory when you leave the page. The new document is assembled locally with pdf-lib.
What people use it for

Frequently asked questions
Can I undo a deletion?
Yes. Deleted pages stay in the grid, dimmed, until you save. Press Restore on the page, or Reset to go back to the original document.
Can I reorder pages without a mouse?
Yes. Every page has buttons to move it earlier or later, rotate it and delete it, all reachable with the Tab key and labelled for screen readers.
Does it keep links and bookmarks?
Page content, including links on the page, is preserved. Because pages are copied into a new document, document-level bookmarks and form fields may not be carried over.
How many pages can it handle?
Hundreds of pages work on a typical computer, because thumbnails are only rendered when they appear on screen. Very large scans need more memory on phones.
Is anything uploaded to show the thumbnails?
No. Thumbnails are drawn by pdf.js inside your browser and never leave your device.
Does it work offline?
Yes, once the page and its PDF engine have loaded. After your first use, the app is cached by a service worker, so you can switch off Wi-Fi and keep working. This is also an easy way to prove that nothing is being uploaded.
How large a file can I process?
There is no limit imposed by a server, because no server is involved. The limit is your device’s memory: a modern computer handles files of a few hundred megabytes, while phones are more comfortable below about 100 MB.
Which browsers are supported?
Current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari and Samsung Internet on desktop, Android and iOS. JavaScript must be enabled, because the processing itself is JavaScript running on your device.
