What employers look for

For project managers, three numbers matter: budget, team size and timeline. For each role, show the size of the projects you ran and whether they were delivered on time and within budget.

Name your methodology (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid), your tools (Jira, MS Project, Primavera) and certifications such as PMP, which are common filters.

Show the type of projects you manage, because methods differ by industry. Construction, IT and marketing projects each have their own vocabulary and tools. Match the job ad's industry terms in your summary so the reader immediately sees that you understand their kind of work.
