What employers look for

Sales and marketing are measured in numbers, and your resume should be too: revenue generated, percentage of target achieved, new accounts won, leads produced, cost per lead and conversion rates.

Show the territory or market, the products you sold or promoted, and the tools you use daily, such as a CRM or ads platforms, using their exact names.

Make your numbers comparable. A recruiter cannot judge “JOD 1.4M in sales” without context, so add the target, the size of the territory or the team ranking. For marketing, give the before and after of the metric you improved, and the budget you managed when you can share it.
